Dimora Hotels and Resorts is the hospitality division of Samana Global Business Solutions Limited. Our journey began in 2016 with Apollo Dimora, Trivandrum, a four-star property. We also have Apollo Dimora, Riyadh, a three-star business hotel in a prime touristic area. Our first five-star property, The Dimora at Calicut, aims to transform the landscape of The Cyber City of Calicut. The Dimora brand is expanding to Cochin (Ernakulam), Cannanore (Kannur), Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Jeddah.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager located in Kozhikode. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. The HR Manager will also develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Strong knowledge of performance management and HR best practices
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are a plus
