With 1300+ employees and a Pan-India presence, of which 400+ are certified testers, AQM is setting benchmarks in quality and reliability.Key Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).2+ years of proven sales experience in IT Staff Augmentation or IT Services industry.Strong understanding of BFSI Service industry.Deep network across Technology leaders, HR, and Procurement heads in global organizations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Results-driven, with a consultative and relationship-first selling approach.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):New client acquisitions – specifically Information Technology BFSI industry.Revenue growth from Staff Augmentation servicesClient satisfaction scoresAverage deal size and win ratePipeline health and conversion ratioApply Now: :
