 The essence of the role

Sinch is a product driven company and your role will be one of the most important in the organization structure who will articulate the success stories of the customers. The success of the customers will shape the future and your role becomes most critical in making is happen.

We are in a search of an accomplished Customer success profile in a leading role driven by a passion for crafting products that resonate with customers in B2B SaaS space. In this role, you will become an integral part of our dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceive, develop, and launch products aligning with the company’s overarching vision and strategy.

As a lead member of the team, you will

Drive sustained business growth and profitability by maximizing customer value and analyzing customer data to enhance their experience. Directly responsible for the growth of the business by scaling traffic, product and services adoption. Provide guidance on purchasing decisions and facilitate the onboarding of new services and products. Responsible for conveying customer trends and behaviour to the sales, marketing, and product teams. Conduct product demonstrations for clients and actively contribute to relationship-building efforts. Implement new programs aimed at increasing revenue potential and reducing churn rates. Address customer problems promptly and ensure their satisfaction throughout their engagement with us. Set clear client retention objectives and establish milestones for both clients and employees to achieve. Assist customers in setting up and navigating programs or software, emphasizing the value of our products and services. Monitor and address customer complaints and concerns to continuously improve their overall experience.

Who are you?

Education Qualification

Graduate degree in engineering, computer science or a related field. Postgraduate degree in business management.

 Experience

13+ years of experience in business development and solutions in tech products Of total experience, minimum 5 years in leading Customer success profile of tech product.

Relevant experience/skills required:

Proficiency in leveraging brand image and enhancing value through exceptional customer experiences. Outstanding communication skills with a talent for nurturing positive business relationships. Technical aptitude relevant to the product or service being offered. Strong sense of accountability and organizational skills. Experience in managing diverse teams and providing training aligned with company standards.
