Customer Success Manager (Immediate Joiner)

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Success Manager
to join our team immediately. In this role, you will lead onboarding for new customers, ensure smooth product adoption, and build lasting relationships that drive engagement, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead
customer onboarding and training
, ensuring seamless product setup and adoption. - Drive
product adoption and engagement
by monitoring usage, sharing best practices, and removing barriers. - Build and maintain
strong customer relationships
, conducting regular check-ins and sharing updates. - Collect and analyze
customer feedback
, collaborating with product teams to prioritize improvements. - Identify opportunities for
upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
, aligning with customer goals. - Manage
customer escalations
in collaboration with support, engineering, and product teams. - Use
data and success metrics
(NPS, CSAT, CES) to track health, reduce churn, and improve retention. - Advocate for customers internally to ensure their needs are addressed.
- Provide guidance on
INFOSEC and compliance
requirements, especially for regulated industries. - Maintain accurate
documentation and reporting
in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in
Customer Success, Account Management, or Onboarding
. - Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret data and drive
data-based decisions
. - Familiarity with
CRM and customer support tools
. - Knowledge of
INFOSEC and compliance regulations
is an advantage.
