Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer located in Mumbai. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, troubleshooting various hardware and software issues, and offering printer support. Tasks include setting up hardware, installing software, addressing user issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of computer systems within the organization. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to timely support for internal staff.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Printer Support
  • Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of Computer Hardware components
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or similar
