Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer located in Mumbai. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, printers, and other hardware. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting hardware issues, setting up new devices, and providing general support to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware
  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Printer Support
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Mumbai
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Information Technology or a related field is a plus
