Job Description Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts across multiple global jurisdictions. Advise on legal and regulatory advice to business units, ensuring compliance with UK, EU, and other regional laws. Manage external counsel and collaborate with stakeholders and regional legal teams worldwide. Lead legal teams and provide strategic guidance on cross-border transactions and compliance. The Successful Applicant A successful candiadate should have: Candidate with exposure to commercial contracts, currently in-house with prior experience at a law firm is preferred. Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with strong knowledge of Indian laws on employment, real estate, data privacy, and related compliance matters. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
