Contract Specialist

Aquis Search is assisting our client, a global analytics business, in their search for a Contract Specialist in Mumbai. This is a two year renewable contract position in a retainer model.Responsibilities:- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to financial services products and services, including:- Master agreements- Service level agreements- Non-disclosure agreements- Partnership agreements- Licensing agreements- Engagement letters- Terms & conditions- RFPs- Vendor agreements- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand contract requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with financial services regulations and laws.- Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks.- Negotiate contracts with external parties, including vendors, customers, and partners.- Manage contract renewals, terminations, and amendments.- Maintain accurate contract records and databases.- Collaborate with senior team members on complex contract matters.- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in contract management.Qualifications:- 7-10 years PQE- LLB- Experience in high volume commercial contracting.If this is of interest, please chick apply or drop a note on for a confidential chat.
