Candidate with an LLB qualification and 7-15 years of PQE experienced in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts and agreements for a fast-paced global financial services group should apply Draft review and negotiate complex commercial contracts across multiple global jurisdictions Advise on legal and regulatory advice to business units ensuring compliance with UK EU and other regional laws Manage external counsel and collaborate with stakeholders and regional legal teams worldwide Lead legal teams and provide strategic guidance on cross-border transactions and compliance Candidate with 7-15 years of commercial contracts experience should apply Candidates currently in Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai should apply A successful candiadate should have Candidate with exposure to commercial contracts currently in-house with prior experience at a law firm is preferred Strong drafting and negotiation skills with strong knowledge of Indian laws on employment real estate data privacy and related compliance matters Excellent analytical communication and presentation skills with ability to manage multiple priorities Our client is a leading global financial services group with a strong presence across wealth and investment management Competitive salary package Opportunity to work with a well know global financial services group
