Our client is a leading global financial services group with a strong presence across wealth and investment management.
Job Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts across multiple global jurisdictions.
- Advise on legal and regulatory advice to business units, ensuring compliance with UK, EU, and other regional laws.
- Manage external counsel and collaborate with stakeholders and regional legal teams worldwide.
- Lead legal teams and provide strategic guidance on cross-border transactions and compliance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candiadate should have:
- Candidate with exposure to commercial contracts, currently in-house with prior experience at a law firm is preferred.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with strong knowledge of Indian laws on employment, real estate, data privacy, and related compliance matters.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
