Contract Specialist

Aquis Search is assisting our client, a global analytics business, in their search for a Contract Specialist in Mumbai. This is a two year renewable contract position in a retainer model. Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to financial services products and services, including: - Master agreements - Service level agreements - Non-disclosure agreements - Partnership agreements - Licensing agreements - Engagement letters - Terms & conditions - RFPs - Vendor agreements Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand contract requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with financial services regulations and laws. Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks. Negotiate contracts with external parties, including vendors, customers, and partners. Manage contract renewals, terminations, and amendments. Maintain accurate contract records and databases. Collaborate with senior team members on complex contract matters. Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in contract management.
