Job Description –

Profile – Customer Engagement Executive - Retail

Work Status – Full Time

Work Type – Work from Office

Job Timings – 10:00 am to 08:00 pm

Location – Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur

Salary – 10,000 – 15,000/- per month

Roles & Responsiblities -

  • Welcome and engage customers in a polite and professional manner.
  • Explain and promote the shop's sweets, snacks, and special products.
  • Offer product samples to customers to boost sales.
  • Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences and requirements.
  • Maintain product display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement at the counter.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets assigned by the management.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide excellent service.
  • Promote festive offers, discounts, and new product launches.
  • Ensure accurate billing and cash/card transactions (if required).
  • Gather customer feedback to improve sales and service quality.

Skills Required –

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality with customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to persuade and promote products effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of sweets/snacks industry preferred.
  • Sales-driven with enthusiasm for achieving targets.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
