Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Marketing & Social Media Executive to handle digital marketing, social media platforms, and online advertising for our clothing brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in fashion, marketing, and social media trends, with the ability to engage audiences and boost brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns aligned with brand identity.
  • Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and sales.
  • Coordinate with design/creative teams for photoshoots, creatives, and video content.
  • Monitor social media performance, analyze insights, and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in offline & online marketing activities like events, collaborations, and influencer tie-ups.
  • Handle customer engagement, comments, and messages on social media.
  • Support in building brand strategy and executing seasonal campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
  • 0–2 years of experience in social media/digital marketing (freshers with strong skills may apply).
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Creativity in content writing, captioning, and trend adaptation.
  • Strong interest in fashion, branding, and retail.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Preferred Skills

  • Canva/Photoshop or any design tool knowledge.
  • Video editing & reel-making skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing.
