
Sales & Marketing Executive

Fabrion Exports, an authorized dealer of Veka & Duroplast UPVC windows, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting our UPVC window products, generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving business growth in both B2B and B2C segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and clients.
- Promote UPVC window solutions to prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably in construction, building materials, or UPVC windows industry).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close sales independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings/site visits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
