We are a growing group of businesses operating across entities under one umbrella,ranging from retail and manufacturing to service-oriented ventures. We are looking for adynamic and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for all entities under the brand

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms

  • Social Media Management

  • Handle and grow presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

  • Plan and execute engaging campaigns to drive visibility and community engagement.

  • Google My Business (GMB)

  • Optimize and regularly update GMB listings for all locations/entities.

  • Monitor and respond to reviews, and ensure accurate business information.

  • Website Management

  • Coordinate with designers/developers to manage and update websites.

  • Ensure websites are optimized for SEO and user experience.

  • Lead Generation & Ad Management

  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms.

  • Track ROI and adjust strategies to optimize performance.

  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor performance metrics and provide monthly reports on engagement ,reach, leads, and walk-ins.

  • Use insights to refine strategies for better performance.

  • Key Result Areas (KRAs)

  • Increased brand visibility across all digital platforms.

  • Effective lead generation for various entities.
  • Improved walk-in engagement and in-store footfall.
  • Positive online reputation management.

  • Growth in social media engagement and following.

  • Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, GMB, and social media strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills and creative mindset.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
