Requirements:
- Qualification: BE/BTech
- 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, and account hunting
- Proven track record of success in key account management and sales
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Industry-related experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Key Account Management- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues, ensuring positive customer experience
- Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within target markets
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new key accounts
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify potential clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Build and maintain robust sales pipeline
- Network heavily within industry
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless client service and project execution
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales data in CRM system
