Requirements:

  • Qualification: BE/BTech
  • 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, and account hunting
  • Proven track record of success in key account management and sales
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Industry-related experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

Key Account Management
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Proactively identify and resolve client issues, ensuring positive customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights
Sales and Business Development (Account Hunting)
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within target markets
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new key accounts
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify potential clients
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Build and maintain robust sales pipeline
  • Network heavily within industry
Collaboration and Communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless client service and project execution
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales data in CRM system
