Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage high-value B2B relationships and secure long-term partnerships in India. You'll work with major clients in hospitality, healthcare, and facility management, ensuring they experience the full value of our sustainable cleaning solutions. If you thrive on relationship-building and closing big deals, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities:
- Target and onboard key accounts (e.g., hotel chains, hospitals, facility management firms).
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms tailored to client needs and market dynamics.
- Provide exceptional account management, including training clients on product usage and resolving issues.
- Identify upselling opportunities to deepen client engagement and revenue.
- Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of B2B account management or sales experience, preferably in FMCG or cleaning solutions.
- Track record of managing large accounts and securing contracts in India.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; ability to handle complex client requirements.
- Fluency in English and a regional language (e.g., Hindi, Tamil) required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
