Responsibilities include addressing patient inquiries, managing patient satisfaction, facilitating communication between departments, and leading a team to maintain an efficient care process. This is a full-time on-site role located in Mathura, requiring proactive coordination and organisational skills to meet both patient and organisational goals.QualificationsStrong Interpersonal Skills and effective verbal and written Communication abilitiesExcellent Customer Service capabilities with a focus on patient-centred careExperience in Team Management and the ability to lead and develop staff effectivelySuperb organisation skills to manage daily operations and maintain an efficient workflowProven problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesA bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field is preferredExperience in the healthcare industry or related service sectors is a plus
