Organization: US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Shift: Night Shift (8 PM - 5 AM)

Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week with Rotational Weekdays Off (Weekend Working is Compulsory)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in the US Healthcare RCM sector. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers who possess excellent communication skills and are eager to launch a career in healthcare. You will be responsible for managing patient referrals and verifying eligibility, ensuring a smooth process for patients in need of medical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing patient referrals for various healthcare services.
  • Verify eligibility and coverage for patients with insurance providers.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure quality patient care and service delivery.
  • Address patient inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to company policies and healthcare regulations while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree Freshers Encouraged.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare systems and insurance processes is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
