**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Patient Consultation**:
Conduct detailed consultations with patients to understand their eye health concerns and provide information on available treatment options.

Explain complex eye-related procedures and surgeries in a clear and understandable manner.

Address patient queries and concerns, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable with their treatment plans.

**Treatment Coordination**:
Collaborate with the medical team to coordinate patient appointments, surgeries, and follow-up care.

Ensure seamless communication between patients and medical staff to facilitate a smooth treatment process.

Provide pre-operative and post-operative counseling to prepare patients for procedures and assist in their recovery.

**Education and Awareness**:
Educate patients on preventive measures and post-operative care to enhance treatment outcomes.

Conduct informational sessions and workshops to raise awareness about eye health in the community.

Stay updated on advancements in eye care treatments and technologies.

**Documentation**:
Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient consultations, treatment plans, and follow-up communications.

Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed efficiently.

**Customer Service**:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient concerns promptly and professionally.

Assist in resolving any issues related to patient care, ensuring a positive patient experience.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, counseling, nursing).

Proven experience as a Patient Counselor in an eye hospital setting.

**In-depth knowledge of eye-related surgeries and treatments.**

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Empathetic and compassionate approach towards patient care.

Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures related to ophthalmology.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Delhi, Delhi (required)

Ability to Relocate:
