Business Development Manager

Netafim is a part of Orbia, a global community of businesses with interests in Precision Agriculture (Netafim), PVC piping and solutions (Wavin), HDPE conduits for telecommunication (DuraLine), PVC Resin and Compounds (Vestolit and Alphagary) and Fluorochemicals (Koura).
Role and responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research to identify high-potential prospects aligned with our business goals especially in Corporate Social Responsibility followed by other agri distribution channels.
Build network and reach out to the CXOs/ Leadership/ Relevant managers across target industries to set up the meetings.
Travel to the prospects locations to walk them through Netafim and its channel partnership model.
Following face-to-face meetings, keep the conversation going and skilfully guide prospects towards a positive conclusion. Prepare all documentation required for RFPs and operating models to close the deal.
Drive successful commercial negotiations, navigate agreements, secure those crucial first orders and execute the same on ground.
Own all your on-boarded accounts. Collaborate with partners to establish annual revenue targets and leverage internal company resources to achieve them.
Requirements :
Preferably Master’s degree in business administration (preferably Sales and Marketing);
4-7 Years of proven Business development/ Enterprise sales/ Institutional sales/ Account Management/ Partnerships & Alliances experience
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications – Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
Skills and Experience:
Numbers and Metrics driven person who has done Quota carrying sales.
Verbal, written, and presentation skills to interact with CXOs as well as field teams with ease
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Networking
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quick decision-making skills.
Strong business acumen
Detail-oriented and persuasive personality
Strategic while also able to perform tactical duties
Must be a self-starter with an ability to roll-up-the-sleeves when needed
Work Experience:
Previous experience in Corporate Social Responsibility; CSR Industry would be preferred but not mandatory.
