About the Role

The Territory Manager at Sicher Medik is responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling the company's pharmaceutical and healthcare products within an assigned territory. This role involves a combination of field visits, client relationship management, and strategic sales planning to achieve business objectives. The Territory Manager will play a key role in expanding market reach, ensuring product availability, and contributing to the overall success of Sicher Medik.

Key Responsibilities

● Promote and sell Sicher Medik's pharmaceutical and healthcare products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and institutions within the designated territory.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, distributors, and other key stakeholders.

● Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, present product portfolios, and address their needs.

● Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective territory management.

● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

● Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the market by coordinating with distributors and retailers.

● Provide training and support to healthcare professionals on product usage and benefits.

● Prepare and submit sales reports, market insights, and territory performance analysis to the management.

Compensation & Benefits

● Salary Range: ₹1,80,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
