The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Director will provide high-level administrative support to the Director, ensuring the efficient operation of their office. The EA will manage the Director’s calendar, coordinate travel arrangements, follow up with team members on various tasks, and assist in the regular activities and projects undertaken by the Director.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management:
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for the Director.
- Prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Ensure the Director is prepared for all engagements with necessary materials and information.
- Travel Arrangements:
- Coordinate and book travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel documents are in order.
- Team Follow-Up:
- Track and follow up on project deadlines and deliverables with team members.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
- Assist in coordinating team activities and events.
- Support to Director:

- Assist with the Director’s personal tasks as required to ensure their professional and personal schedule is efficiently managed.
Skills and Qualifications:
