Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an International Commercial Director at TRADEOMATIC ® located in Mumbai. As the International Commercial Director, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day commercial operations, managing the sales team, developing and executing business plans, and driving sales growth. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners.
Responsibilities
Put in place processes in International sales planning, forecasting, business planning, customer service and execution of marketing strategies to achieve long term objectives of business.
Develop and implement International commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
Develop and be accountable for metrics that measure International Business Goals, Market Share development, IFF Imagery / Brand enhancement, People Development, Progress toward long-term vision / goals.
Develop and maintain a network of International prospects that will enable a strong, consistent pipeline for conversion into sales.
Working closely with the Commercial teams, to continue to evolve a comprehensive training model for the International sales forces, fully integrating this model with our sales processes, hiring profiles, marketing messages and brand strategies
Conduct International market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met.
Act to acquire new customers and manage international client relationships (new and existing)
Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, etc.)
Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders internationally.
Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring.
Work Location : Andheri / Powai Mumbai, India.
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as commercial director or other relevant role minimum 7 Years.
Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal
