The office is a bright space full of plants and is equipped with a full-spec kitchen and showers/bike storage in the basement.With an endless plethora of restaurants, shops and bars nearby, they feel very lucky that they get to work in such an iconic part of London.They really care about their people as they are the heart and soul of the company.They offer 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, private medical cover, Company pension scheme and life insurance plus they host lots of social events and activities as well as charity events over the year.NOW HIRING: COMMERCIAL SALES DIRECTOR LONDONWe are looking for a seasoned Commercial Sales Director to join our clients growing team in London.Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for new business development across our target markets in the UK and EU.We are looking for someone who can leverage their existing network to successfully bring new clients into our growing portfolio.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:• Build relationships with the appropriate contacts in key target markets• Generate leads and prospective customers either through your network, via online sources, or qualified leads that come in via referral partners• Conduct meetings with potential customers and be an ambassador for our client• Negotiate on pricing and help draw up client contracts and legal documents with the help and support of the wider team• Demo our platform and ensure the right people are on hand to answer technical questions• Attend seminars, conferences, and networking events where appropriate• Guide new prospects and clients through the sales cycle ensuring a seamless transition is made to other teams and strive for an excellent customer experience• Support sales campaigns in conjunction with the Marketing Team• Create and own your individual sales pipeline workingKEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:• Direct experience in Trade or Communications Surveillance solutions• A strong understanding of securities trading, markets and business processes• Existing relationships with relevant buy-side firms and partner firms that will aid in pipeline generation• A proven new business track record of selling SaaS solutions to both buy-side and/or sell-side customers• Solid prior experience and ability in educating clients and building strong client relationships• Previous experience in dealing with organisations of varying size e.g. smaller firms as well as complex, larger financial institutions with multiple senior stakeholders• Ability to work collaboratively with the internal Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal and Finance teams in order to seamlessly manage the client from the initial sale to onboarding, ensuring the client or prospect has a fantastic experience throughout the sale cycle• Excellent capital markets knowledge and experience are essentialNext Steps
