Responsible for total Business development 2. Stream lining communication /commercial issues (with existing clients).3. Reporting to Corporate (HO) and regional office.5. Initiating a few CSR projects (activities) Major Roles:1. Visit all clients (Potential + Existing) with short notice to iron out issues (if any). The visit can be virtual or across the table.2. Monthly/Weekly / Daily reporting (review) on activities completed (and what is cooking for next month) as per the attached Excel file3. Coordination with operation/finance and other teams for smooth functioning.4. Knowledge of NEEM, NAPS, NATS, and other DMCFS Business.5. Study of strategy of competitor’s business and recommendations of our actions to counter same.7. Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team.8. Design policies that will align with the overall strategies of the Organization.9. Implement efficient processes and standards.10. Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention.11. Ensure compliance with local and international laws (e.G. Data protection).12. Oversee the implementation of technological solutions throughout the organization.13. Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.14. Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts.15. Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits.16. Mentor and coordinate with the operation team for smooth implementation of new business.17. Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.18 Communicate and negotiation with clients.19. Study the availability of Manpower in and around new clients which will help for negotiation.
