Key Responsibilities


Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients, especially retail brands.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Sales Strategy Development

  • Create and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve business goals.
  • Identify market opportunities and align offerings to client needs.

End-to-End Sales Management

  • Conduct meetings, present proposals, and close deals with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Market Research & Networking

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand visibility.

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline data.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and forecasts.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales (experience in retail fit-outs, construction, or interiors is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
