Job Title: Corporate Sales (Senior Executive)

Reporting: Sales Head

Location: Hybrid (WFH + Travel to meet clients)


At Nurturing Green, we specialize in bringing nature closer to your space by offering a wide range of gardening products, including live plants, pots, plant care essentials, and more. We are on a mission to make the world greener, one plant at a time, and we’re looking for a dynamic B2B Sales to help us grow our corporate sales.

The Corporate Sales Executive will play a key role in driving sales by acquiring and managing relationships with businesses and other institutions that require our green solutions. This role will report directly to the Sales Head and will focus on building a pipeline of corporate clients, meeting sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Identify and approach potential B2B clients in various industries to promote and sell Nurturing Green’s products.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Lead Generation & Follow-up: Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.) and follow up on business opportunities.
  • Proposal & Presentation: Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with their space and aesthetic requirements.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the Sales Head.
  • Market Research: Keep track of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities for expanding Nurturing Green’s footprint in the corporate segment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Head and other teams (marketing, supply chain) to optimize the client acquisition process and product offerings.


Skills and Qualifications:


  • Education: Graduation from a reputable institute is mandatory; an MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industries related to lifestyle products, Home Decor, gardening, interiors, or corporate gifting.
  • Location: Candidate must be based in Delhi/NCR.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively pitch and close deals.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer customized solutions.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure long-term contracts.
  • Self-motivated: A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
