A Senior Executive HR role involves strategic and operational HR functions, including driving HR strategy, managing talent acquisition and performance, ensuring legal compliance, fostering a positive workplace culture, and overseeing employee relations and administrative tasks like payroll and benefits. They implement HR policies, handle complex employee issues, lead HR projects, and often mentor junior staff to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities

  • HR Strategy & Planning:Developing and executing HR strategies to align with business objectives, including workforce planning and talent development.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management:Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal, and managing employee growth through promotions and transfers.
  • Employee Relations:Addressing employee grievances, resolving complex employee issues, and promoting a healthy and productive work environment.
  • Payroll & Benefits:Managing the payroll process, benefits administration, and ensuring all employee entitlements are processed correctly.
  • Legal Compliance:Ensuring the organization adheres to labor laws, employment regulations, and HR policies.
  • Employee Engagement:Implementing programs and initiatives to engage employees, improve bonding, and enhance overall company productivity.
  • Administrative Oversight:Managing administrative functions such as security, housekeeping, and contractor management, as well as ensuring effective systems for timekeeping.
  • HRIS & Reporting:Maintaining HR records and utilizing Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) for efficient data management.

  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills:Strong communication skills to foster open communication, resolve conflicts, and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving:Handling complex employee relations and administrative issues, analyzing legal and ethical implications, and implementing timely solutions.
  • Knowledge of Labor Law:A strong understanding of labor legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Time Management:Effectively prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
