Senior Accounts Executive Location SONA College of Technology - Hostel Salem Experience Minimum 10 years Educational Qualification Postgraduate Degree in Accounting Finance or related field Joining Immediate joiners preferred Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting transactions Prepare and process invoices payments and bank reconciliations Assist in preparation of budgets forecasts and financial reports Support monthly quarterly and annual financial closings Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently Assist in tax computations and filing of returns Maintain and update ledger accounts and financial statements Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and statutory regulations Use accounting software Tally ERP to manage financial data accurately Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis as required Collaborate with other departments for smooth financial operations Requirements and Skills Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role preferably 10 years Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and ERP systems Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables Good understanding of tax regulations and compliance Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Good communication and interpersonal skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 35 000 00 per month Work Location On the road
