Job Summary:
The Senior HR Executive is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. This role involves managing the HR team, driving talent management strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The Senior HR Executive will work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and support the overall growth and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic direction and support to senior management on all HR-related matters.
- Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering professional development.
- Talent Management:
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
- Develop and implement talent management programs, including career development, succession planning, and performance management.
- Enhance employee engagement and retention through effective HR practices and initiatives.
- Employee Relations and Compliance:
- Address complex employee relations issues and manage conflict resolution processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions for disciplinary issues.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure compensation practices are competitive and equitable.
- Oversee benefits administration and manage relationships with external benefits providers.
- Organizational Development:
- Lead initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee satisfaction.
- Facilitate change management processes and support organizational transformation efforts.
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making and track HR performance.
- Prepare and present regular HR reports to senior management, including insights and recommendations.
- HR Policy and Procedure Development:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they meet legal requirements and support organizational goals.
- Communicate policies effectively to employees and ensure consistent application across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
