Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:Drive project sales for

Fire Fighting Systems, Fire Alarms, and Electronic Security Solutions

(CCTV & Access Control Systems).Generate sales from industries, builders, and developers.Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for Fire Installations, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), and Audit Services.

Target Achievement:Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.

Relationship Management:Establish and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Lead Generation:Utilize sales tools, resources, and social media platforms to identify and nurture new leads.

Compliance & Expertise:Stay updated on industry standards (NFPA, IS Standards, NBC) and regulations (preferred but not mandatory).

Work Location:Marol, Andheri (East), Mumbai

Requirements:Education:Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Engineering, or related fields.Experience:3-5 years of proven project sales experience in Fire Fighting Systems, Fire Alarms, Pest Control Services, Elevators, Access Control Systems, or CCTV.Skills:Strong analytical and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in using social media tools for lead generation.Pleasant personality and good presentation skills.Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
