Do you excel at building strong relationships and turning innovative marketing strategies into tangible sales results ? If you answered yes, then this is the opportunity you've been waiting for We're seeking a highly motivated Media Sales Head to spearhead ad sales growth for adsinstore. This pivotal role will require approximately 30% travel, allowing you to connect directly with key decision-makers and unlock new sales opportunities.
Core Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Prospect for new clients, develop sales strategies, and build strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Sales Management: Oversee and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to drive performance.
- Client Management: Manage client relationships, understand their needs, and develop tailored OOH advertising solutions that meet their objectives.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights to management.
Qualification Considerations:
- Bachelor's Degree Or Masters in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 10 years of proven track record in sales, field operations preferably in the advertising or media industry.
- Previous Experience working with Big 6 Agencies or Prior strong focus on the OOH, Radio, Print Sales industry will be strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of Brand advertising, Ability to sell Media, OOH/Print advertising principles, formats, and technologies.
- Existing relationships with Big 6 Agencies, Top Brands, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A go-getter with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
