Digital Customer Success Manager

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Hybrid.

You will report to our Director, Digital Customer Experience.

Technology You'll Use

We're looking for a Digital Customer Success Manager to oversee our one-to-many portfolio of Informatica customers, ensuring they get the most out of our products. You will create a seamless digital journey for our customers, driving adoption, satisfaction, retention, and growth. Background in enterprise applications, data management, consulting or industry skills that enables you to speak the customer language.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

Deliver the best customer experience across a large customer base with a digital-first mindset, ensuring they derive value from their Informatica investment. Monitor adoption, utilisation, and churn risk trends across the customer journey. Use data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and build appropriate plays. Help develop digital outreach programmes, identifying content and digital resource gaps. Collaborate with appropriate Informatica customer-facing teams including Renewals, Support.

What We'd Like to See

Experience managing scaled accounts and comfortable with interacting with customers digitally first. Experience with success in Customer Success or Account Management. Data evaluation skills to extract insights from multiple sources, communicate insights about customer segments and make recommendations to improve consumption, usage and customer health. Proficient in Customer Success metrics and forecasting. Experience communicating the value of the product and its features to customers, team collaboration. Background in cloud enterprise software with a focus on data management solutions. Knowledge of , PowerBI.

Role Essentials

Experience working with cloud licencing models, consumption licencing models is desired. BE/ degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Professional with 3+ years of relevant software, customer success or digital customer experience.
