We are hiring for Customer Success Manager skill for Times of AI which is a leading digital media platform dedicated to covering the latest advancements, trends, and impacts of artificial intelligence (AI) and its surrounding ecosystem. 

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Success Manager to champion our customers' journey with Time Of AI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes and derive maximum value from our AI solutions.

Roles and responsibilities:

Customer Onboarding:

Guide new customers through the initial setup and integration process to ensure a seamless transition into our ecosystem.

Relationship Management:

Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, or escalations.

Customer Advocacy:

Act as the voice of the customer within Time Of AI, gathering feedback and collaborating with internal teams to drive product enhancements and improvements.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Technical Support teams to ensure a coordinated approach in addressing customer needs and achieving company objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, trends, and applications.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
