We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Sales Automation Specialist
to join our team in
Bangalore . This role will work closely with our GTM teams to own and optimize the lead->close process and tech stack that drive efficiency and effectiveness across these functions. The ideal candidate will be an expert in
Salesforce ,
HubSpot , and
Outreach , with a strong background in project management, communication, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach Administration:Own the setup, management, and optimization of workflows, campaigns, and integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, and OutreachAutomate repetitive tasks and create workflows to ensure the smooth operation of sales and marketing processesCollaborate with key stakeholders to identify gaps, enhance automation, and drive improvements
Stakeholder Management:Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand their goals, challenges, and needs, and develop automated solutions to streamline their processesEnsure transparent communication and align cross-functional teams on automation goals and execution
Project Management:Lead multiple automation projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectivesPrioritize initiatives and manage resources to ensure the highest value projects are completed effectively
Process Optimization and Reporting:Continuously analyze existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing recommendations for optimizationDevelop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track the effectiveness of automation initiatives and drive data-backed decisionsIdentify opportunities for process automation within sales/marketing operations to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity
Training and Support:Provide ongoing support and training to internal teams on how to use the tools effectivelyServe as the subject matter expert for integrating technologies and tools, ensuring best practices are followed across the organization
Key Requirements:5+ years of experience in revenue operations / marketing & sales operations or a similar role.Hands-on experience
with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach (or any other sales engagement platform) is preferredStrong
project management skills , with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent
communication and stakeholder management
skills, with a track record of working cross-functionallyDemonstrated ability to optimize and automate processes that drive efficiency in sales, marketing, and customer successAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insightsStrong organizational and time-management skillsProactive, self-starter with a passion for technology and process automation
