BU-BCP Resiliency Officer

- Monitor Key Risk Indicator reporting. Complete monthly reporting tasks to prepare for various compliance committees. Work with both Technology and Business Unit Resiliency Officers to verify data for these reports.
- Monitoring and Oversight of the Business Resiliency & Continuity Planning Program compliance activities within Wells Fargo Technology.
- Identifying and reporting key risk issues through Technology Resiliency & Disaster Recovery (TRDR) risk reporting to stakeholders
- Develop reports using data from the system of record (ORS and ERS)
- Provide Support to Business Resiliency Officers by following up with Business Resiliency Coordinators/Managers on outstanding issues, including but not limited to Plan Reviews, scheduled Exercise and Maintenance (E & M) activities, Risk Assessments (RA), past due E&Ms, follow-up tasks and/or RA Action Plans, etc.
- Execute control reporting procedures on a pre-defined schedule to produce reporting and escalation emails to Plan Owners, Resiliency Leads and Platform Teams.
- Produce and submit bulk import requests for mass system updates.
- Monitor the team's shared mailbox daily and reply to inquiries in a timely manner
- 2+ years of Technology experience
- 6+ years of Business Continuity (BC) Planning/IT Disaster Recovery (DR) Experience
- Experience in risk management, business controls, business operations, compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.)
- Excellent organizational/time management skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Very strong Excel data analysis, reporting and data manipulation skills (e.g., creation of Pivot tables, Macros, VLOOKUP, and other advanced Excel functions)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Communications, Computer Science, or similar fields
- CBCP/CBCI or other industry recognized BC/DR certifications are a plus
