BCP Lead The Opportunity We have anoutstanding career opportunity for aBCPLead, in Bengaluru. In this role, you will beresponsiblefor developing, implementing and maintaining effective businesscontinuityplans and strategies toensurethe resilience and uninterrupted operation of our organization. Your role will involve assessing risks, creating process documentations for Business Continuity, creating contingency plans and coordinating efforts across departments to minimize the impact of disruptions. Develop and maintain comprehensivebusinesscontinuityplans, policies, and procedures toensurethe organization's ability to respond to and recover from disruptions.We take pride in our ability to complete complex projects while delivering exceptional results to our customers. What you’ll do… As aBCPLead in Business Technology team, you will: Collaborate with businessunitsto understand their operations and critical functions. Evaluate current business continuity practices and identify areas for improvement. Includes identifying business continuity scenarios and detailed processes to recover from those scenarios. Develop comprehensivebusinesscontinuity strategies aligned with organizational goals. Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend risk mitigation measures. Work closely with various businessunitstoensurethe integration ofbusinesscontinuity into their processes. Collaborate with IT, security, and other relevant departments to ensure a broad approach tobusinesscontinuity. Increase awareness across the organization regarding the importance ofbusinesscontinuityplanning, leverage past experience in risk consultingwith reputed consulting companies to assess and mitigate potential risks. Who you are…… Bachelor's degree required. Knowledge ofbusinesscontinuity principles, methodologies and industry standards. Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and regulatory requirements related tobusinesscontinuity, strong project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and handle resources. Security and SaaS experience strongly preferred.
