Dynamics of the Role
As part of the Enterprise Compliance - Program Management Office, this senior analyst position will support the development, continuous improvement and implementation of TransUnion’s Business Resilience Program. Under some guidance of the Senior Manager, Business Resilience, you will lead a variety of program elements that assist TransUnion with identifying, mitigating and managing events and preparing plans to improve TransUnion’s resilience.
The Team’s Focus
As the Enterprise Compliance - Program Management Office, we are responsible for the creation, implementation and execution of global programs, policies and procedures that provide support to TransUnion’s compliance initiatives. Our team members maintain strong partnerships with TransUnion businesses to extend the reach and impact of our programs. What You'll Bring:

Program Execution & Development

· Serve as a point of contact and support of large cross-functional or global responses to issues that threaten TransUnion’s resilience. This will include typical administrative tasks including but not limited to- communicating with issue stakeholders, scheduling meetings, interacting with the issue management system, maintaining accurate and timely issue status and reporting to leadership teams, within time-sensitive and fluid events.

· With guidance, support all aspects of the global business resilience program, including implementation of processes, tools and systems to identify, assess, measure and manage the resilience of critical TransUnion business processes.

· With direction, revise program documentation such as policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.

· As directed, enhance program processes, systems, tools, templates, and job aides.

· Develop training materials and train stakeholders on program elements and systems.

· Collaborate with employees at all levels across the company to ensure global integration and implementation of program activities.

· Support ad hoc projects with some oversight from manager.

· Balance a growing workload and competing demands and demonstrate the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.

Communication & Writing Skills

· Ensure distribution of guidance to global partners related to:

o Using tools and processes that support the program

o Performing after-action reviews

o Conducting business resilience exercises

o Documenting and communicating program initiatives and

o Monitoring and influencing completion of program requirements

· Prepare summaries, reports and metrics for management.

· Develop and maintain detailed procedural documentation and training materials in support of program continuity and growth.

· Prepare clearly written documentation for internal and external distribution.

· Organize and facilitate virtual and in-person meetings with employees at all levels across the company in both large and small group settings.

Systems and Data

· Become a subject matter expert on the business resilience system (Fusion Risk Management).

· Utilize Fusion for generating ongoing and proactive reporting of program KPIs to leadership and for generating ad hoc reports/data, as requested.

· Analyze data in Fusion to support proactive initiatives to strengthen resilience.

· Facilitate large and small group training on basic use of system.

· Identify opportunities to enhance business resilience processes with Fusion customizations, with the goal of streamlining processes, reporting, and improving the user experience.

Impact You'll Make:

What You’ll Bring

· 2-4 years of practical experience in business continuity, compliance, risk management, issue/incident management, or project management.

· A bachelor’s degree.

· Ability to set and meet deadlines; attention to detail; demonstration of a commitment to deliver accurate, conscientious, and quality work.

· Demonstrated ability to execute work independently on routine tasks and quickly learn and execute on special projects.

· Commitment to personal development, including an ability to learn quickly and the flexibility to adapt to dynamic business needs/priorities.

· Ability to independently perform program’s operational tasks and demonstrate judgement around when to escalate issues.

· Availability to support crisis event response 24x7x365.

· Strong communication and inter-personal skills to build relationships and collaborate with a variety of levels and business units within the TransUnion organization.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
