Job Description:
In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, engaging, and retaining top-notch talent for our dynamic team. We need someone who can take the helm in defining our HR policies, ensuring compliance, developing a robust performance review system, and creating a compensation strategy tied to performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our business goals.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Design and implement a robust performance review system linked to compensation.

Requirements:
- Proven knowledge in HR or related field.

- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
