Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Lead Generation Manager with strong field work capabilities to expand our reach in both B2B and B2C segments. This role focuses on actively engaging with educational institutes, corporate clients, and individual learners directly at their premises, alongside managing digital and outbound lead generation activities.
Key Responsibilities:Field Work – B2B:
- Visit schools, coaching centers, universities, and corporate offices to promote our EdTech solutions.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers (Principals, Training Heads, HR Managers).
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the value proposition directly to stakeholders.
- Collect accurate data of prospective clients during field visits and update CRM.
- Organize and attend educational events, seminars, or workshops for lead generation.
Field Work – B2C:
- Visit colleges, student hostels, study hubs, and corporate locations to engage directly with potential learners.
- Distribute promotional materials and explain courses, offers, and enrollment processes face-to-face.
- Conduct awareness sessions, counseling, or demo classes on-site.
Digital & Outbound Lead Generation:
- Manage online campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn).
- Use outbound strategies (cold calling, emails) to generate leads.
- Follow up on leads collected during fieldwork to convert them into opportunities.
- Track performance metrics and optimize lead generation strategies.
General Responsibilities:
- Update lead data regularly in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure field and digital efforts are aligned.
- Provide daily/weekly field reports including leads generated, meetings conducted, and next steps.
- Stay updated on competitor offerings and industry trends in the EdTech space.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in field sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in EdTech or education services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
- Ability to deliver impactful product demonstrations and engage stakeholders face-to-face.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and digital marketing basics.
- Data-driven and target-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
