The Role
This is an individual contributor role for a Mid-Market Account Executive (Americas) in our SaaS sales team. Responsibilities include proactively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and exceeding quota by consistently generating qualified leads and closing high-value deals.
Responsibilities
Lead sales calls with brief presentations and product demos
Advise customers to address compliance challenges and achieve sales targets
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Collaborate with CSM team for new customer transitions
Manage sales pipeline and CRM accuracy
Master product knowledge and competitor landscape
Strategize with SDRs to handle MQLs and boost conversion rates
Manage customer expectations and deliverables
Requirements
6-12 years of sales experience, particularly in B2B SaaS markets
Must have sold ACV of USD 30-100K with an annual new revenue quota 400-800K USD .
Must have sold to North American customers in Enterprise/Mid Market Segment .
Can break down complicated technical matters and understandably explain them.
Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
Able to engage in a technical conversation with the CTO/Head of Engineering to understand their requirements
