Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle internal recruitment activities including shortlisting, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Assist with payroll management and maintain employee records.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for event planning and execution.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Explain services, packages, and offerings to clients and support them through the booking process.
  • Maintain communication between departments and provide support to the Director.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and contribute to overall organizational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good understanding of recruitment and basic payroll processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (client-facing experience preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and closely with senior management.
  • Event coordination experience is a plus.
