We’re Hiring: Key Account Manager – Staffing Industry
Are you a relationship-driven professional with a knack for managing client accounts and delivering staffing solutions? We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team and lead partnerships with key clients in the staffing industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions across various industries.
- Act as a single point of contact for assigned accounts, resolving challenges and ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet recruitment targets and deliver on client expectations.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Managing entire client management, relationship building, stakeholder management, account mining, grievances, negotiations, etc.
- Innovative approach to generate business and build long term relationships with existing & potential clients.
- Proven track record in client relationship management and meeting revenue targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of staffing processes and industry trends is a plus.
