We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Key Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in the Indian job market context and will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts. The candidate should be comfortable with a fast-paced work environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow key accounts by developing and implementing account plans
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the accounts
- Identify new business opportunities within the accounts
- Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products/services
- Monitor and analyze account performance and provide regular reports to management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Skills and Qualifications

- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in the Indian job market context
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
