Role Overview:


As an ASM Solutions Specialist within the presales team at HCL Tech, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing solution designs for Application Support and Maintenance (ASM) proposals. You will work closely with the sales and delivery teams to understand client requirements, develop tailored solutions, and contribute to the overall strategy for winning new business.


Key Responsibilities:


- Analyze RFPs/RFIs and client requirements to design ASM solutions that address business needs and technical challenges.

- Conduct ticket data analysis to identify patterns and optimize support processes.

- Carry out automation potential analysis to enhance efficiency in ASM delivery.

- Propose tooling strategies across the lifecycle of a ticket to streamline operations.

- Apply HCL Tech accelerators and frameworks to ASM solutions to ensure innovation and effectiveness.

- Build explain ability into ASM solutions, ensuring transparency and understanding for clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including delivery, sales, and product teams, to build comprehensive proposals.

- Present ASM solutions to clients and internal stakeholders, showcasing HCL Tech's capabilities and value proposition.

- Support the sales team during the bidding process by providing technical insights, solution feasibility, and cost estimation.

- Stay updated on industry trends and ASM best practices to ensure innovative and competitive solution offerings.

- Develop and maintain a repository of reusable components, templates, and tools to streamline the solutioning process.


Qualifications:


-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in ASM solutioning, presales, or related roles.

- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ASM methodologies.

- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful ASM solutions for large enterprises.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage with senior client stakeholders.

- Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and any relevant presales automation tools.


Preferred Skills:


- Experience in working with global teams and delivering solutions for diverse geographies.

- Knowledge of the latest trends in cloud, DevOps, and automation in the context of ASM.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on achieving results
