Role Overview
The
Business Development Manager – German Language Program
will play a key role in driving enrollments for our specialized
German language program
, designed exclusively for nurses and nursing students (B.Sc Nursing or GNM).
This program equips candidates with the linguistic and cultural skills needed to build rewarding nursing careers in Germany with highly competitive salaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and engage potential candidates (nursing students, B.Sc Nursing, or GNM graduates) for the German language program.
- Conduct
presentations, seminars, and one-on-one counseling
sessions in nursing colleges, hospitals, and online platforms. - Explain program details—structure, fees, and long-term career benefits, including placements in Germany.
- Assess candidates' eligibility, motivation, and readiness to participate.
- Guide students through the
admission and enrollment process
, including documentation and payments. - Build and maintain strong relationships with
nursing institutions, faculty, student groups, and healthcare networks
to maximize outreach. - Provide
follow-ups and ongoing communication
with prospective candidates until successful enrollment. - Collaborate closely with the Language Program team and internal stakeholders to meet recruitment and enrollment targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree; preference for candidates with
experience in inside sales, education, healthcare, or recruitment
. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in
English and Hindi
(knowledge of local languages is a plus). - Passion for helping students and professionals achieve
international career aspirations
. - Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Previous experience with
nursing colleges, hospitals, or training institutions
is advantageous. - Strong
networking and relationship-building skills
