Job Summary:Course5 is looking to attract and hire best suited talent to fuel its growth and cater to its clients globally. The role of a Talent Acquisition executive will be to identify, headhunt, connect and attract the most competent talent through various sourcing channels and deploy pre-defined recruitment & selection processes and onboard talent. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, candidates and internal teams to ensure a well-coordinated recruitment process. Take ownership of driving a positive Employer Brand through positive, transparent, and progressive interactions.
Job Responsibilities:Understand Course5’s business & cultural ecosystem, functional line of business and job roles you are responsible to hire and attract talent for.Manage stakeholder relationships to understand talent needs.Create Job descriptions in conjunction with functional / hiring Managers, map skills & competencies needed for roles to be hired.Initiate the talent sourcing process through channels like Job boards, social platforms, employee referrals, recruiting agencies and campuses.Carry out preliminary assessments of applicants, conduct behavioural and competency-based interviews to arrive at crisp shortlist of best suited talent for open positions.Schedule interviews with stakeholders & follow up for outcomes.Carry out documentation process with shortlisted candidates, negotiate compensation, generate offer proposals / letters under supervision of the Reporting manager and facilitate the entire offer process in a procedurally compliant manner.Expertly and accurately explain total rewards, benefits and organizational policies and programs to candidates.Procedurally close the loop with candidates who don’t make through their final rounds and ensure timely feedback and maintain timely communication with shortlisted candidates until they come on board.
Manage post offer engagement process and maximize offer to joining ratio of candidates.Stay abreast of best recruiting practices and changing market dynamics on talent, compensation, sourcing, and selection strategies and consistently improvise operating processes.Proactively map talent for current & future roles to be hired for and build active as well as passive candidate connects.Maintain Candidate and offer MIS, track recruitment KPI’s, Performance and outcomes for periodic improvisation.Creating strong professional networks, developing relationships with external agencies, and partnering with local educational systems.Work with the talent acquisition and rest of the HR team as a team player and support business and functional needs.
Requirements & Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline / Postgraduate or Masters in HR would be highly preferred.1-3 years of experience having worked as a Recruiter in Technology domain.Familiarity with full cycle recruitment.Experience sourcing talent from Job boards & social platforms.Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview assessment techniques.Strong business acumen.Effective Communication and articulation skills.Strong networking skills.Experience in Handling multiple positions.Competent in Stakeholder management.Hands on experience on MS office and must be good at Excel based MIS & Presentations.Must be agile, possess a growth mindset and must possess a Tech bent of mind.
