We are looking for an innovative forward thinking TA Manager who has a passion for leading & providing with world class talent attraction strategies.

You are a TA Manager that enjoys working with senior leaders in HR & the business to understand their needs.

A ‘can do’ attitude in a fast-paced environment
You are someone that doesn’t give up - whether it’s a skill set that doesn’t exist in the market or the package/approach that doesn’t enable you to attract the best talent - you will bring the right people together to have the conversation that will create solutions - your outcomes pave the way so you can focus on identifying the talent without any obstacles.

This role is aligned to a specific business line within the business.
- Experienced
Not a job for the feint hearted, you will need at least 8-10 years’ experience within talent acquisition, recruitment or executive search. You’ll understand the methodology and stages of the Talent Acquisition process especially and be comfortable working on mandates at various levels.

**Measures of success are aligned to our TA objectives**:
Speed - Time to hire targets
Quality - Manager survey results
Diversity - Hitting local & business aligned targets
Stakeholder & management & governance

**Education Qualification**: Graduation OR Preferably an MBA
Minimum experience of 5+ years in recruitment
Hands on experience in Volume Hiring
Should have the understanding or experience in latest hiring trends: Social media, LinkedIn
Should have experience in carrying out hiring drives.
Should be hands on in reports and dashboards
