THA works closely with enterprises, startups, governments, and academic and training institutions around the world to deliver financing, custom-design solutions, and professional training and innovation programs, aimed at accelerating the development and utilization of the Hedera Hashgraph network.
As we undergo rapid expansion, we are establishing offices in strategic locations worldwide. We are currently seeking a Junior Executive Assistant physically based in GIFT City, Gujarat, but working with our global team. This role will report directly to the Head of Global Partnerships, who is based in the US.
Responsibilities
Serve as a key point of contact between the Partnerships and various internal/external stakeholders and clients.
Provide key logistics and administrative support to our Head of Global Partnerships and the Partnerships team
Coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes and action items
Assist in business development and project planning activities - prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
Support the team in monitoring progress and follow up
Liaise with various departments like Legal, Marketing, Accounting on day-to-day operational matters
Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Requirements and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in office management and executive assistance
Deep understanding of business operations and office management proceduresExcellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
Strong command in English (both written and spoken) is essential for this role
Flexible about working across timezones
